About our "Eliminator" Thermal Doors

An out-swing thermal entrance door constructed from vinyl laminated galvanized steel with a full thermal break unit that eliminates transfer of cold, frost, and condensation from the outside  to the interior while eliminating condensation due to differences between exterior and interior climates. This door comes with weather stripping on both the jamb and the door to create a double seal that protects against air, light, and water penetration. Other features include a energy efficient polyurethane foam insulation, high R-Values, and a vinyl sweep. Self-Lubricating Bushings- 12" Lock Block- 4 Hinge System- Painted All Wood Jambs- Double Seal- Folded Edge Design- Adjustable Striker Plate- Heavy Duty Reinforced Frame- Replaceable Vinyl Thermal Breaks- Meets 58 PSF Structural Requirements of ASTM 1701.2				▲ Shown here with left hinges, 9-Lite window upgrade and Woodgrain finish with stamped panels upgrade.

(These prices do not include shipping/handling, applicable taxes, or any upgrade charges listed below on this page) Note: The "call size" is the measurement of the stud-to-stud rough opening in the wall, and not the measurement of any part of the door itself!   For more help on how to determine a call size, go here.

How to Identify Left or Right Hand: Look at the door from the outside of the home. The side with the hinges determines left or right hand. (Example: hinges on the right, right-hand hinged door)
